Here are the results for July's community speedwatch sessions combined.

Winchester Road – 75 Detections
Hocombe Road – 42 Detections
*Twyford Road – 33 Detections

(All locations originate from local residents raising concerns about speeding and are risk assessed. Sessions are also attended by Police when/where practicable)

CSW is an educational exercise completed by volunteer residents from your local community. The data collected is also used by our Roads Policing Unit as a part of the assessments for where resources are best placed.

We do not currently have teams for Central Eastleigh or Bishopstoke/Fair Oak but are very keen to get teams up and running, and the Chandler’s Ford team are looking for more members to join. If you are concerned about speeding in your area and have a few hours a month free, please get in touch because your community needs you.
