Police looking to trace owners of suspected stolen property on Isle of Wight

We recently investigated a burglary series which took place in Ryde – three shops were broken into in Victoria Arcade in September 2023, and the man responsible for this was jailed in May this year.

During the course of this investigation, police seized a number of items suspected to be stolen, many of which were returned to their rightful owners.

However, we still have a number of items in our possession which we are trying to identify the owners for.

They are:

  • 7 packs of magazines, totalling several hundred. They are a mix of Beano and Tiger.
  • 5 small boxes of costume jewellery.
  • A black smart watch.

If you recognise any of these items to be yours, please contact police with proof of ownership by calling 101, and quoting 44230390432.
