As your local Neighbourhood Policing Team, we recently held our first multi agency ‘Cops and Coffee’ event, which was a great success.  It was attended by Vivid Housing Association, local Children's Services Department and the Youth Offending Team.

We already work within a multi agency environment, but by having several agencies ‘to the table’ at one time, we are able to discuss concerns that might spread across more than 2 agencies, share how we can all help each other, and fine tune processes more specifically to the local area.  Over time, this will lead to more successes in resolving issues affecting our residents and improving the communities in which you live.

As a result we identified many opportunities to us to attend local meetings held for residents by their housing associations, and we look forward to hosting more multi agency cops and coffee in the future.
