Two men have appeared in court after being charged with drugs offences following a proactive stop at Fleet Services and an address search in Southampton. Jason Morton, 50, of Suttones Place, Southampton, has been charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A and using a vehicle without third party insurance. Michal Forys, 30, also of Suttones Place, Southampton, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug. Both men appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court on Saturday 26 October and were remanded into custody. They are next due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday 27 November. It comes after officers found suspected Class A drugs and drug paraphernalia following a search of a Seat Leon at Fleet Services on Thursday 24 October. Officers then carried out a search of a property on Suttones Place in Southampton and located suspected Class A drugs in the early hours of Friday 25 October. Morton and Forys were arrested and later charged following an investigation. | ||||
