We would like to speak to him in connection with our investigation into a drug possession incident on High Street, Andover.

The incident occurred at approximately 1.18am on Friday 15 November.

The man we’d like to speak to is described as;

• White
• Approximately 5ft 10ins – 6ft tall
• Early 20s
• Blonde facial hair
• Blonde, curly hair
• Wearing a black top, black jeans, black Ralph Lauren hooded gilet and white trainers
