Hi Resident

Thank you for speaking with us today at the Post Office and giving me the information about the shelter that has been built. 

Myself and PC Carey went there this afternoon and found the Shelter, and could see some empty wine bottles. We also saw someone from the council there too, and they were  aware of this, and are dealing with someone to try and get this removed.

We will put this on our patrol plan and will make officers aware and will check it regularly.
