A 33-year-old man from Totton has been charged with shoplifting from the Co-op on Rumbridge Street.

Joseph Daniel Arnold, of Mortimer Close, faced the charge at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Friday 6 December.

It follows a report of a theft from the store on Saturday 30 November.

Arnold was remanded on conditional bail to next appear at the same court on Friday 12 September.
