At around 8.40am on Wednesday 11 December, a woman was walking her dog along Broom Way, on the opposite side of the road to the BP garage, when she saw a man walking towards her.

The man was walking in the direction of Cemast College and appeared to be mumbling to himself under his breath.

  • Stocky
  • Dark brown, short scruffy hair

  • Wearing either a dark-coloured boiler suit, or matching trousers and top, and dirty work boots that were either dark brown or black in colour
  •
