Good evening Resident

On 19th November between 0830 - 0845 hours a distinctive looking motorcyclist intentionally broke the rear light on a car with his handlebars after shouting and complaining that the car was blocking the road. The car was turning right into Swaythling Road from West End High Street. The male was large with a long beard. Can you help with an identity of this offender? He is possibly local to West End and distinctive due to his long beard.
