A 45-year-old man from Christchurch, Dorset has been charged with shoplifting from a Lymington store.

The charge follows a report of theft of fragrances from Superdrug, High Street on Thursday morning (12 December).

Stephen Dempsey, of Glenville Road, has since been released on conditional bail, preventing him from entering Lymington or Pennington.

He will face the charge at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Tuesday 11 February.
