Millers Walk Estate, West End - Antisocial behaviour

Good Morning Resident

I'm writing today to the residents of the Millers Walk Estate in West End - Oram Way, Shaw Road, Fry Close, Haines Crescent, Robert Place, Winifred Moody Road, Fletchers Walk and Shaw Crescent. I previously asked for a message to be posted in your local Facebook group, asking for residents to register with Hampshire Alert - so I can reach residents direct with messages. Unfortunately there are still only 7 residents registered, this is despite there being 134 members your Facebook group. In order to use Facebook the police have to use a 3rd party app and this reduces the functions we have - for example we cannot join local groups or interact with them and if you ‘tag’ our police page 'Hedge End Police' we do not get notified. So Hampshire Alert is a great way to reach a very specific area with relevant messages.

I've recently received a report of antisocial behaviour - ‘Caller reporting a group of youths running around the Oram Way Development causing a noise nuisance and disturbance - frequently for a month - between 18:00 and 22:00 hours'.

Do you know who this group of young people are? Where they live? Any names? You are welcome to reply to me and I will keep your name anonymous. Can you help me with any information to identify who is doing this?

Please report any further incidents to us on 101, or online - Report antisocial behaviour | Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary Having the dates and times is critical to build a picture of what is happening and when I need to patrol.

If I do not receive any further reports I will conclude that this is no longer a problem.

Many thanks, PCSO Mica Woodcock 12948.
