This evening the Portsmouth North Neighbourhood team is at the Mountbatten Centre in Hilsea, we are attending to provide a free service to allow anyone to have their bike marked and registered.

We are also providing bike security tips and speaking to the public about Hampshire Alerts and Let's Talk Surveys.
