Man due in court following Andover shoplifting investigation

A man is due to appear in court having been charged with 17 offences, including thefts from shops in Andover.

Dean Hutchinson, 35, of no fixed abode, has been charged with the following offences:

Eight counts of breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order

Six counts of theft from a shop

One count of theft, one count of criminal damage and one count of burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal.

The charges relate to incidents that took place in Andover between Tuesday 7 January and Wednesday 15 January, 2025.

He is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court today (Monday 20 January).
