Afternoon – The Sun is finally back after a morning of very wet foot patrols!

I am trying to make sure our meetings take place out in the Community where possible and made the most of Wildheart Cafe  Café for today’s catch-up with our partners at Southern Housing. We continue to benefit from close working relationships with our partners to address the long-term concerns for our communities.

We have been working closely with the Community Safety Partnership, Housing and Outreach (to name a few) as we look to address concerns around continued Anti-Social Behaviour, linked with Street Drinking, on the Esplanade in Sandown. PC Carey is leading this work for us - but we need you help! If you witness Anti-Social Behaviour – please report it and quote #OpSpider! If the team are available, we will attend and deal with any offences. If we can’t attend, one of my team will aim to be in contact within 72hrs and the evidence from your reports will enable us to utilise orders (such as Community Protection Notices) to prevent future issues.
