Hi Resident
If you find this information helpful please “rate” this message at the bottom (very quick and simple).
We Need You … to have your Say! The Consultation on extending the Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) to tackle alcohol-related anti-social behaviour is now live; please see the news article available on the Isle of Wight Council’s website and comments from Chief Inspector Andy McDonald here: https://www.iow.gov.uk/news/consultation-launched-on-extending-alcohol-enforcement-powers/
Alcohol-related anti-social behaviour is something which is impacting us Island wide and I would encourage you all to take the time to complete the consultation! Public Spaces Protection Orders have been integral in our ongoing effort to reduce ASB and have contributed significantly to the 49% reduction in ASB we have seen in the Bay under Operation Spider. The consultation is open until 26th March and is available via the news article above, or at this link:
Anti-social behaviour remains’ the top priority, set by you, using the #LetsTalk process – if you haven’t completed it yet – its right here - https://survey.hampshirealert.co.uk/
Thank you all for your ongoing support – we solve these issues together as a community and in partnership! Sgt Sharland #OpSpider #LocalPolicing #CommunitySafetyPartnership #LetsTalk
