It’s very simple – If you love it, LOG IT!

Hi Resident

If you find this information helpful please “rate” this message at the bottom (very quick and simple).

Whenever we recover what we believe to be stolen goods, we use a tool called the National Mobile Property Register to search serial numbers to see if we can identify who may have lost the item.

This can be anything from mobile phones and tablets, power tools, and anything else with a serial number that can be easily recorded.

If you have items like this, you can add them to the NMPR using www.immobilise.com. It is free to use and all property registered is held on their secure database.

Immobilise is recognised with Secured by Design and promoted by Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary as the best way to log your valuable items with us.

This online checking service is used thousands of times each day by UK Police forces to trace owners of lost and stolen property.

There are guides on the Immobilise website on how to register:

  • Mobile phones,
  • Computers (laptops, tablets and PC);
  • Watches;
  • Power tools;
  • Keys;
  • Golf clubs;
  • Bicycles.

    It’s very simple – If you love it, LOG IT!
