Two arrested following drugs stop in Farnborough


Two people have been arrested on suspicion of drugs supply offences in Farnborough.

Officers made the arrests after noticing a car driving in the Kingsmead area at around 3.45am on Tuesday 25 February.

When it came to a stop in Queensmead, officers approached the car and detained two people inside.

Officers seized a quantity of suspected class A drugs, cash and a suspected counterfeit driving licence.

A 23-year-old man from Ash Vale, Surrey, and a 56-year-old woman from Farnborough, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug.

The man was also arrested on suspicion of possessing/controlling identity documents with intent.

Both are currently in police custody while our enquiries continue.
