Good afternoon,

Today myself and PCSO Lamont attended the “Communi-Tea” event at The Drayton Centre on Havant Road to talk with the local community about their concerns of issues within the local area and Portsmouth. It’s really good for us to listen to you all about these issues as it highlights priorities within your area that we may not be aware of. These community engagements also provide us with the chance to tell you what we are doing about other issues within the area which we hope will provide some reassurance. Thank you to everyone who took the time to come and speak with us.

Police will be attending The Drayton Centre again in the future to discuss how we have actioned the issues raised and to speak to those who were unable to attend today. Let us know where you would like us to do our next Beat Surgery in the Hilsea, Copnor, Drayton and Farlington area. We have more planned and will provide further information closer to the time, however it is good to hear where you would also like us!
