We are appealing for witnesses in connection with a road traffic collision in Basingstoke on Thursday (27 March).
At around 3.40pm, a collision involving a white van and a bicycle took place on Kings Road, close to the entrance of the car park for the parade of shops.
The cyclist, a man in his 70s, sustained minor injuries to his leg.
The white van didn't stop at the scene.
As part of our ongoing enquiries, officers investigating this incident would like to speak to the driver of the van, and are asking them to make contact. | |
We also believe there were a number of people in the area at the time who saw what happened, and we would also like to hear from them.
Were you on Kings Road at around 3.40pm on Thursday (27 March)? Did you see a collision involving a cyclist and a white van? The van did not have any signage written on it and part of its registration number is 'LLD'.
Perhaps you were driving through the area and have dash cam which captured the incident taking place or the moments afterwards?
