Appeal for witnesses following anti-social behaviour and criminal damage incident in Eastleigh


We are appealing for witnesses to an incident of anti-social behaviour and criminal damage in Eastleigh. 

Shortly after 5.30pm on Wednesday (March 26), it was reported to police that a group of teenage girls were assaulting members of the public at the junction of Wide Lane and the entrance to Lakeside Country Park.

It was also reported that a 19-year-old man had his headphones taken off him by the group, who then threw them to the ground, breaking them.
 


No injuries have been reported at the current time.

As part of our investigation into this incident, we would like to hear from anyone who witnessed or was the victim of any anti-social behaviour in the Wide Lane and Lakeside Country Park area on Wednesday (March 26).

We are keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened, or anyone driving through the area with dash cam footage that may have captured something.
