A 36-year-old man from Southampton is due to appear in court to face a charge of shoplifting.

It follows a report of a theft from Marks & Spencer, Tollbar Way, Hedge End on Friday 14 February.

Following the issuing of a postal requisition, Joseph James Flaherty, of Malmesbury Road, is due to face the charge when he appears at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 29 April.
