Police urge residents to report suspicious behaviour following Emsworth burglary

We’re urging residents to be alert and report suspicious activity following a burglary in Emsworth.

Between 3.40am and 4.45am on Sunday 8 June, entry was forced into a house in Christopher Way. Car keys were taken from within and a grey Volvo V60, which was parked on the driveway, was stolen.

Police later recovered this vehicle in Studland Close in Southampton, and our investigation remains ongoing.

If you have noticed any suspicious people or vehicles in your neighbourhood, please report this to police on 101, or by using the report tool at www.hampshire.police.uk

Dial 999 if an incident is in progress.

Anyone with information about the incident in Christopher Way should contact police on 101, quoting 44250250257.

Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111, or via their anonymous online form at crimestoppers-uk.org
