Appeal for witnesses following shoplifting in Ryde |

We are appealing for witnesses after it was reported that a man walked out of TESCO Express on the High Street in Ryde with two bottles of wine that had not paid for. The incident took place on Thursday 16 October at around 9:50am. Three days later on Sunday 19 October at around 5:10pm, the same man has reportedly taken items of food from the same store and left without paying. Following enquiries, we are now able to share an image of a man who we believe may be able to assist with our investigation. He is described as, If you recognise this man or were in the area at the time and saw anything suspicious, please call 101 and quote 44250481875. Additionally, we’d like to hear from you if you have CCTV, dashcam, mobile phone, or doorbell camera footage that may assist our enquiries.
